KuvarSend Payouts

Prices a payout without moving money, so you can show the recipient what they will get
before they confirm. amount is what you are sending in the destination currency;
source_amount is what your balance will be debited, in source_currency (your
balance's own currency); recipient_amount is
amount minus the recipient fee. Indicative for 2 minutes — the payout itself re-prices at
execution. Requires payouts:write.
