Exchange an approved authorization for a linked account

/api/v1/payouts/account-links/exchange

KuvarSend Payouts

Complete the link after the user approves. Send exactly one of code (same-device: read it
from your callback URL) or request_id (cross-device / QR: poll until the user approves on
their phone). The PKCE code_verifier must match the challenge sent at request time.
Returns the opaque linked_account_id you store against your user. Requires
account_links:write.
